My recount writing

In the holidays I went to the pools with my Family. We packed our swimming suits and drove off to the pools .
We paid and went running to the clothes section to get  changed. I jumped into the pool, it was freezing and cold so I waited for a little while. I  like swimming with my Family. Me and my brother went to the slides but we had to wait because the line was busy.We finally got to swim down the slide it was Awesome and cool.My mum and dad brought food for us to eat I never ate I still swam . At the end of the day I was cool and freezing and tired.

Basket Ball

On a Sunny new day Room 7 went out to play   Basketball
there was a man named Bruce he was our coach him a his helper who plays for the Auckland Pirates  Bruce  teach us how to Dribble  we got  into five groups Ofa was our leader
he told us to get low a bounce with one hand  not with both hands.

We had to dribble the ball to the cone and back to see Bruce blew the whistle Ofa dribbled the ball  running to the cone a back our team won the round Bruce made us flip the cone over while dribbling the ball it was hard  to dribble the ball I tryed my best to dribble the ball  and flip the cone over and to put the ball under my leg I run and  shoot the ball into the hoop.


We played a game call Builders and Re builders  The girls  had to dribble the ball and  pick up the cones and stack them the boys lost we had to do 10 push ups. Basket Ball was Awesome         

Tennis

It was a great start for this Tuesday morning.  Room 7 was first up for kiwi sport.  Guess what!  We are playing tennis.   I have never played tennis before.     It was fun  because   we  had to get a racket and a ball  . We had to learn some tips. We practise how to bounce the ball  on the spot and try, rolling the ball on the racket. It was hard to bounce the ball on the spot

We had to get a partner I chose Vili,  I felt excited  playing tennis when  I hit the ball.

The Blue family

It was a lovely sunny day one night the mum said to Alexandra Blue to go to sleep but she takes back to he mum and never do what she said no I won’t go to sleep I want to go to MacDonald's no said mum you got to go sleep then then we will go to MacDonald’s tomorrow only if you sleep. The children kept on saying they are not sleepy yet they want to go to MacDonald right now the parent was angry at them. come see me

Poem

Ring Ring ,Ring went the bell
We walked to Dingle Dell
We walked and talked at the same time
I saw People looking at the great pine
We played games and ate our lunch
People ran into a little bunch
WWWHHHHRRIIPPPPTT! Went the Whistle
Until someone got mistled
Back to school everybody went
Went to hide like if there is a tent
